By placing an order you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order where you wish.
Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age. By placing your order you attest that you are at least 21 years of age, and that the person taking delivery of the wine is at last 21 years of age. When your wine is delivered the person accepting delivery will be required to show an I.D. proving that he or she is at least 21 years of age.
